We do monthly gatherings in 10 cities around the USA with worship leaders and music directors to promote a culture of discipleship and accountability. One-On-One mentorship along with a Soul Care retreat is also how we serve and preserve these frontline leaders.

We desire to see these vital ministry leaders become and remain healthy as they serve the local church.
