ICA was built on the Biblical foundational principles of Hospitality and Sanctuary, advocating to be a Voice of HOPE for those who are rendered without refuge.

Our mission is to offer children, youth, and families HOPE. We provide that HOPE thru:

  • Exemplifying the love and compassion of Jesus Christ.

  • Supplying essentials for basic needs.

  • Offering education with anticipation of a brighter future.

  • Finding a loving family that will provide a home they can call their own.

Some of our programs are foster care, refugee foster care, adoption, trafficking victim assistance, and various others.
