Hope on the Hard Road is bringing connection, encouragement, and hope to individuals with special needs and their families.

We wrap around individuals with special needs and their families to connect, encourage, and bring hope by providing programs for the individual, the family, and the community. Programs include events for dads, moms, couples, siblings, and families monthly, quarterly, and annually and resources such as support groups, YouTube webinars and Podcast interviews with disability experts, and care and crisis support.
