CAPS Pregnancy+ Medical Clinics serve San Diego with five licensed medical clinics located in the abortion epicenter of San Diego County to provide alternatives to women and couples, providing key services including ultrasound to share the truth and value of life in the womb. We also provide social services to equip parents and provide support for those who choose to adopt out to a loving family.
